Tristan has been in professional practice in massage therapy and energy healing since 2010. His journey encompasses more than 24,000 hours of hands-on experience, earning him the distinguished title of Master Therapist. His deep, extensive knowledge of the human body, refined through certifications in 8 diverse massage modalities ensures a holistic approach to relaxation, muscular relief and overall health.
Each session with Tristan is defined by an unmatched level of confidence and a deeply personal touch. His rich education, comprehensive training, practical expertise, and intuitive skills allow him to tailor sessions to your specific needs and desires. In addition, Tristan is a writer, a life coach, and the head pickleball pro at Latitudes Margaritaville in Watersound, Florida. He enjoys paddle boarding, cycling, pickleball, and ballroom dancing.
Susan is a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner with over 30 years of experience in both acute and primary care. She graduated from The University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) with a Master’s of Science in Nursing and Pediatric Nurse Practitioner degree. In providing primary care to children over the past several years, she noted how many of her patients and their parents need guidance living a healthier lifestyle. Opening Coastal Cryotherapy has given her the opportunity to help people live healthier lives using a holistic approach. She treats both pediatric and adult clients.
Susan also serves as a Lieutenant (Nurse Practitioner) in the United States Navy Reserves. She has had her own Legal Nurse Consulting business since 2022.
